Both Classroom and Virtual Classroom format is available. Classroom is face-to-face interaction with the instructor and peers, while Virtual Classroom is available for online students where interactive learning where students port in while the instructor streams lessons live. Pre-Work for this Class: 

Students should come equipped with a branding brief and business plan for their product/service, login details for Facebook and LinkedIn, placeholder photos & logos and a Wi-Fi enabled laptop or tablet.

Students will learn to manage the marketing of their product/service and hone their facilitation skills to coordinate and solicit feedback on the funnels they create.

 

Students will be given time to interact in small groups and with the instructor to obtain feedback on their first drafts. Along with their drafts students create executable deadline-driven task lists and brainstorm available resources so they are ready to implement the elements of the marketing strategies taught.

 

This is a hands-on rather than theoretical module where students actively search on the internet, log into accounts, and create first drafts of content. Students will have skills to further develop and execute upon the curriculum. There will be a multiple choice & short answer quiz to test learning fundamentals. Students will also complete a subset of the work on their own project for homework.

Method of Instruction: 

Online - consisting of 8 modules plus homework and online group mentoring. The modules will provide instruction on the step-by-step process to create, publish and monetize an interactive digital magazine.

 

Pre-Work for this Class: 

Students should come equipped with a general idea of the magazine they would like to publish or a problem they anticipate the magazine solving. They should also have an Apple ID.

Eight modules provide a step-by-step process to create the magazine. The skills learned will result in the student having a published magazine on the App stores and the ability to publish additional magazines if they choose.

Publishing an interactive digital magazine creates authority and a loyal subscriber following and generates new sources of income and opportunity for your business. The student learns technical skills, graphic design skills, publishing and marketing. The student also develops excellent publicity skills, layout and graphic design, and online engagement training while working to organize and facilitate the management and building their magazine. The student then puts into action the teachings to create and publish the digital magazine.

 

Students will actively create and monetize an interactive digital magazine and publish it to Apple Newsstand. They will complete a draft version of their digital magazine and be registered and ready to go in the Apple store and have a draft monetization and marketing plan for their digital magazine.

Outline:

This 3-day intensive is designed to increase sales and revenue in the first 90 days following completion. Many graduates have been able to double their revenue in 90 days.

 

Students learn to present with absolute confidence and use specific techniques to gain the advantage in all negotiations. They learn to master the art of handling objections, how to identify the right customers who want to buy, and how to hold price and value through the sales cycle.

 

Students interact in small groups and with the instructor to obtain feedback as their sales presentations take form. Students leave with a sales presentation ready to implement and the techniques to apply to reproduce the process. Students leverage emotional intelligence, communication skills, and presentation skills to facilitate positive outcomes.

 

Each module is 90 minutes and focuses on:

  1. The Psychology of Sales

  • Learning and applying influencing techniques so prospective customers feel they must have the product or service. Students practice the art of influencing rather than selling.

  1. Edu-Selling 

    • Exploring the concept of educating versus selling a product or service.

  2. Crafting Curiosity

    •  Learning and applying, in various scenarios, how to quickly build curiosity about their product or service in less than one minute of conversation.

  3. Directing a Conversation 

  • How to discover a prospects Current Reality and transition the conversation to focus on the Desired Reality that can be achieved by using the student’s product or service.

  1. Back-linking

    • Learning this technique as a means to ensure the sales process has the most favourable outcome

  2. Emotional Triggers

    • Learning the importance of Emotional Triggers that lead to sales conversions, and explore which triggers convert for their product or service.

  3. Actionable Outcomes

    • How to illuminate how their product or service will positively impact a prospect so that they ensure the prospect is clear on the intended objectives of using their product/service.

  4. Stories Sell

    • How to use stories to hook to influence the sales conversation.

  5. The Perfect Presentation

    • How to create a sales presentation that is non-threatening and the importance of not putting their prospect in a defensive position.

  1. Body Language and Micro-Expressions

    • Learning body language techniques that give an advantage in all sales negotiations. Each student also learns how to read micro-expressions in the faces of their prospect.

  2. Personality Types and Mirroring

    • Showing students how to connect and build trust with anyone.

  3. Selling up

    • A practical application of selling using an item they are not familiar with.

  4. Group Selling

    • How to build sell one to many versus one-to-one.

  5. Sales Presentations

    • Putting it all together, each student will use all the information learned to design their own sales presentation.

 

 Each module will have a multiple choice & short answer quiz to test learning fundamentals. Students will demonstrate competency by applying the technique to their own product/service. The final module will be a mock sales presentation with the class. 

Publish in 90 Days

Pre-Work for this Class: 

Students should come prepared with a book topic and an outline in bullet points of key outcomes.

 

Outline:

Working with a two-time published author, Kieron Sweeney, who designed a process to write and publish a book in 90 days, each student will learn the process in a step-by-step format so that their book evolves with ease.

 

Each module is 3 hours:

  1. Author Mindset  

    • Using several Mindset techniques, we prepare the student’s mental mindset to ensure they have a successful outcome and do in fact publish in 90 days.

  2. Clarity and Why  

    • Exploring the why behind the student’s desire to write a book and how to get crystal clear on their topic.

  3. Meditation

    • Learning several meditations to initiate the creative process and are used throughout the module.

  4. Book Structure

    • Using a systematic methodology, each student creates a template for their book that is designed to allow the book to emerge.

  5. Theme and Essence

    • Discussing the overall theme and the story line of their book. Using an “inner feeling” guided meditation, the student will also discover what the essence of their book is and how to keep that essence flowing throughout the book.

  6. Expression

    • The use of expressive exercises to deepen the creative process are used frequently throughout the module.

  7. Editing Process

    • Editing techniques to be used once their draft manuscript is completed.

  8. Formatting

    • Required formatting for publisher standards.

  9. Publishing

    • Publishing process for digital and print on Amazon including how to obtain an ISBN number.

  10. Marketing your book

    • Using a proven system, we teach each student how to ensure their book becomes a number 1 best-seller if they desire.

 

 The final publication of the student’s book will be the assessment used for this component.

 

Public Speaker Intensive

    • Special techniques to speed audience learning and retention. Students implement accelerated learning techniques into their presentation style so their audience learns faster and remembers more.

    • Psychology of Pricing and formula for how to set your rate. Students explore various pricing models and how to calculate ROI and other metrics.

  6. Who is your Audience

    • Students learn how to discover who their target audience is, and then explore techniques to fill the room with these people.

  7. Create a Personal and Business Brand

    • Students create draft brand briefs to asses if they fit.

  8. Sales Systems for the Stage

    • Students learn the proven system that will increase sales immediately when pitching to a group.

  9. The art of online video communication

    • Case studies and class discussion.

  10. Ever-greening

    • Content can be filmed, edited, repurposed, and automated for online consumption.

  11. Templates

    • Learn which template structures do not work and which ones do. Students design a talk based on Kieron’s successful template, integrating the steps to convert the talk template into a workshop or seminar.

  12. Presentations

Students finish with a completed one hour talk/workshop and the skills to become top performers in their field. The system is repeatable for future talks the student wishes to design.

Students are to bring an overview of a general business and financial plan for their company.

 

Outline:

Breakthrough 90 Coaching is a complete training and support system for entrepreneurs and executives who are dedicated to the continuous growth of their business and quality of life. Students learn to more effectively plan and execute their business strategy which is custom-tailored to their business.

 

This module augments all of the skills being taught in the Breakthrough Entrepreneur Accelerator Course with the focus on implementation and strategic execution of the skills being taught.  A proprietary accountability system is also included.

 

Students will be taught skills in:

  • Business Planning

  • Business Strategy

  • Financial planning

  • Strategic implementation

 

Students will also complete a 90-day plan for their business. In total, over one year, four (4) 90-day plans will be created. At the mid-point of the 90-day plan, students will return at day 45 to review their plan with the instructor to ensure their business goals and financial goals are being achieved. Any shortfalls or obstacles will be discussed, this also allows for the student to ensure that they have an opportunity to correct their plan, make adjustments and continue.
